SambayReviews.com will provide a professional review of your website by evaluating its design, usability and marketing effectiveness, as detailed in service page and review outline page. The service also includes posting a link back to your website, with an overview of the review we have provided, in our blog. The service does not include actually making the suggested changes on your website.

Once the review is received, you will have 60 days to contact us for any questions you have or clarifications you need regarding the review. We will answer to your requests within 5 business days (usually within 24 hours).

Service Pricing
The price of website review is 95 US dollars. Payments will be processed via our payment processing service, PayPal.com, and PayPal funds, credit card payments and bank account payments (e-checks) will be accepted.

Service Timeline
We will visit your website and complete our review within 5 business days, after you send us the information we request to start reviewing your website. In the event that we are not able to complete and deliver your review within the promised 5 days, we will contact you before that 5-day period ends and notify you. If you like you can provide us the extension of the days needed complete your review or you can cancel your order and receive a full refund of the payment you have made.

Service Delivery
Your website review will be delivered as a web page, in a safe folder on our website, so you and your associates will have access to it from anywhere you can access to the Internet. You are welcome to download and save this information to your computer. The review will remain in servers 60 days after it is created.

Service Guarantee and Refund Policy
You have 60 days, from the day your website review is sent to you, to request a refund if you are not satisfied with the results of your review. We will refund the payment you have made by the same method it was made.
